The client deals in state of the art Monitor Arm and Dock Station Solutions. They have revamped their website but the tricky part comes when a user needs to register or ask for quotes or sample of the products they are manufacturing.
I have made the following Forms Interface for them keeping in mind their brand story and overall look and feel of the page, plus providing ease to the end user so nothing can be so difficult to understand.
